Upon conformation we require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. An invoice, minus the deposit, will be mailed 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received in full 30 days prior to arrival, your reservation will not be guaranteed. Payment can be made with personal check, travellers check or credit card in U.S. funds.
Baby cribs, high chairs, and roll-a-way beds are available for rental at $5.00 per day plus 12% sales tax.

20 T0 15 DAYS: FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED BETWEEN 20 TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL A 50% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
14 TO 0 DAYS: FOR CANCELLATION RECEIVED INSIDE OF 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL 100% OF THE RENTAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

A meet and greet service is available, a member of our management company will meet you at the airport and then escort you to the villa. Prices are from Orlando International Airport $105.00 or from Sanford International Airport $125.00.
