Dear customers,
During these uncertain times arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to reassure you that we are carefully monitoring the situation and responding appropriately and swiftly to any developments and changes in government advice and guidelines.
We have employed a series of measures to protect both our staff and our customers by reducing the risk of exposure, including:
- Providing our employees with suitable PPE and sanitary equipment, including gloves and face masks
- Enforcing a strict hygiene regimen of hand-washing, with hand towels being replaced by paper towels and hand sanitiser being made readily available in various stations around the premises
- Social distancing between employees at all times, as well as between delivery drivers and any customers collecting orders
- Regular and thorough cleaning of equipment, communal areas, and surfaces such as door handles, etc.
Due to the measures taken above, we are able to continue fulfilling your orders whilst ensuring our staff’s safety. We are still fully operational and therefore able to accept, manufacture, and despatch your orders, and will update you immediately should there be any changes to our abilities to do so.
