Thread repair kits
Repair compromised threads easily and effectively with our thread repair kits, which provide a one-stop solution for the repair and restoration of worn, damaged, and stripped threads.
WTI kits are readily available from stock in an extensive range of sizes and thread forms, all of which include an inserting tool, HSS wire insert tap, and some wire inserts, with smaller sizes also coming with a manual tang break punch and HSS drill bit. Kits are typically supplied with free running 1.5D inserts, but we can interchange the length of the inserts upon request.
We have two tool styles of kits available:

Why use wire inserts for thread repair?
